Danielle holds a Class 1 Real Estate License with over 10 years experience, specializing in commercial property management but with previous practice in residential property management, sales and reception. Experienced and confident in real estate software Rockend, REST, Property Tree and REM.
Reception
Having worked on reception in a busy real estate office it has given Danielle the skills to cover most reception jobs. She can easily adapt to software programs, confident with phone calls and customer service and is happy to help anyone in the office. If you require more organisation and general office procedures Danielle can also help create and implement these.
General Office Support
If you are wanting to finally get those annoying projects off your to-do list, Rosie Projects can help with that. Danielle Carey is the face behind Rosie Projects, she is a local through and through with both sides of her family born and raised in Singleton. Having worked in locally owned businesses and starting her own shoe store in her early 20s Danielle understands the intricacies of running a business and that sometimes you need a little support to help you on your way.
Commercial Real Estate has been Danielle’s focus over the past 10 years and through constant training, research and guidance by industry leaders she has grown and evolved into a knowledgeable, motivated, hardworking professional.
The name Rosie Projects is a very special one to Danielle and her husband Jacob, the company was created and named after Danielle & Jacobs first baby Rose, who was sadly stillborn in 2020.
